Jerry Long Real Estate offers several plans that are very competitive financially for you, as a sales professional, to maximize your income, while allowing you to build your own business and make your own decisions.  You develop your sphere of influence or geographic farms, and create your own referral networks, placing & receiving your own referrals (and keeping any income generated by those referrals).  You create most of your own leads, and you receive all your own leads.  Jerry Long Real Estate provides you with systems and support, accounting and admin, and you get Jerry Long.

Jerry will occasionally sell or list property for past clients, friends & business colleagues, but will not actively compete with you in the marketplace.  This allows Jerry to supplement his brokerage income, while the company sustains itself, and to stay active in the real world of real estate.  An active broker is a better broker.  We encourage assistants (not hired from within, please) and have minimal fees related to assistants.  Your assistants are allowed, and encouraged (if that’s your desire) to use their sign riders on your real estate signs.

Jerry’s management style is easy-going & he is committed to your success – not just in real estate, but in life.  His one-on-one guidance will help walk you through the thought-process of complicated issues, so you’ll be better equipped to handle it yourself in the future.  Jerry has been licensed since 1986 and as a broker since 1988, having served in many different capacities with the National, State and Local Associations, including being a current Director of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® and Past Present of the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® and Topeka Area Multiple Listing Service, Inc.  One of his great passions is Professional Standards, having served on the State committee, chaired the local committee twice, currently vice-chairs the local committee and has obtained the NAR Professional Standards Administrator Certification.  His commitment to the industry is demonstrated by his ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI and SRES professional designations, and by the hundreds of articles he reads each week in an attempt to stay on top of literally everything that is going on – tell you what you need to know – in order for you to provide the best judgment, advice and counsel to your clients & customers.
