Place Your Real Estate License With Jerry Long Referrals (JLR)
As a JLR agent you can earn commissions simply by sending a fax.  Yes, it’s that easy.  If you have a friend, relative or co-worker who is interested in buying or selling property, just fill out and form and fax it in.  We’ll place your referral with the designated broker’s office, or assign the referral if you have no preference.  If you have a customer who is moving out of state, we can also place that referral.

How Does JLR Work?
When you have contact with a customer, you can let them know you are a licensed real estate agent working as a referral associate with JLR who will obtain a professional full time sales associated with the designated broker to work with them.  You will the complete a one-page form and fax the customer information to us.  JLR will call the office in the area that will service your customer.  The designated agent will contact them.  After the property(s) go to settlement, the accounting department will issue a commission check to JLR, who in turn will then send you a referral commission check.

Are there Any fees?
JLR is not a member of the board, so associates of JLR are not members of the board.  Associates do not pay for errors and omissions insurance.  There is a small annual associate fee with JLR.  This fee is prorated from the time you become an associate with JLR, and will be due every January 1.
