Jerry was born and raised in Topeka. Prior to entering the real estate business, he worked for Menninger and for the Santa Fe Railway Company in Topeka. Since 1986, Jerry has successfully marketed and sold hundreds of properties in Topeka and Shawnee County. Jerry believes very strongly in giving back to the community, and supports a number of charities with each and every transaction closed.
Jerry offers a unique blend of experience. He is personally experienced in all phases of real estate, having been an investor, rehabber, broker, manager and owner of his own real estate firm. He has a referral and relocation network with major corporations in Topeka and across the county, constantly supplying new reserves of Buyers and Sellers. This diverse perspective can benefit you!
