Topeka Market Report through May 2012

As of June 1, there were 1100 active listings in our market area (with an average list price of $146,102) and 161 sales pending (with an average price at time of contract of $143,359). 1038 properties have been sold and closed in 2012.  The average days on the market for all sold (and closed) properties this year is 82. The current absorption rate is 4.3 months.
